4. What if I forget the new URL you gave me? Can I get it back?
No. If you forget the new URL, just enter it again and we will create a new short URL for you.
5. How long will my short URL be valid?
It will last forever, as long as this web site stays online forever. If this site closes, your short URL will stop working.
6. Why was URLAce.com down during January 2009?
This site was down for a few days in January because the previous hosting provider shut it down because it was using too much of the server's processing power. The site has been moved to a new, dedicated server, and we do not expect to see any more problems.
